IN THE ORGANIZATION WE MUST WANT TO DEVELOP OUR COMPANY TO FURTHER SUCCESS,SO THE ORGANIZATION MAY BE CAN USE ONE OVER THE FOUR INITIATIVES HERE TO BE ON THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE :
  1.  SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (SCM)
  2.  CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM)
  3.  BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING (BPR)
  4.  ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP)
ALL THE 4 INITIATIVES CAN GAIN PROFIT TO THE COMPANY,THE INITIATIVES USE  FOR THE ORGANIZATION SHOWS THAT THEY WANT TO FOCUS MORE ON COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE.FOR EXAMPLE IN SCM  THEY THINK FOR STRATEGY FOR MANAGING ALL RESOURCE TO MEET CUSTOMER DEMAND AND THEY HAVE TO MAKING PRODUCT ACTIVITY.
IN CRM THEY ENABLE AN ORGANIZATION  TO IDENTIFY TYPES OF CUSTOMER,DESIGN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER MARKETING CAMPAIGNS,TREAT EACH CUSTOMER BUYING BEHAVIOURS, AND UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER BUYING BEHAVIOUR.
   IN ERP THE EMPLOYEE MORE POWERFUL TO MAKE DECISION BY LOOK AT THE DATA THAT PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE BUSINESS OPERATIONS.
