DECISION-MAKING IS ONE OF THE DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS OF LEADERSHIP. IT’S CORE TO THE JOB DESCRIPTION. MAKING DECISIONS IS WHAT MANAGERS AND LEADERS ARE PAID TO DO.
